Origin
Started where PBC lists pile up
CloudNxtGen grew out of repeated late nights in Greater Taipei finance offices: revenue cut-off binders that could not be found, accrual owners who had left, and audit weeks that began with apologetic emails instead of indexed folders.
We formed a small practice to do one job well — help controllers manage audit trails before external fieldwork, not after the first finding lands.

Who you work with
Hana Wu
Engagement lead. Former assistant controller in manufacturing; focuses on revenue trails, cut-off, and multi-entity packs.
David Lin
Evidence specialist. Rebuilds incomplete ledgers after migrations and staff turnover; patient with bank and inventory sources.
Irene Fang
Client liaison. Keeps scope letters honest, schedules Taipei on-site days, and makes sure residual risks are written plainly.
Working approach
We write engagement letters with entity, period, and deliverables named. Fees change only when scope changes in writing. We prefer Taiwan company documentation habits — Chinese and English packs are both fine — and we meet on-site near Kuangfu South Road when binders still matter more than screenshares.
