Refunds
How deposits, cancellations, and incomplete engagement work are handled.
Eligibility
Fees paid under a signed CloudNxtGen engagement letter may be refunded in part or in full only as described below. Website inquiries alone do not create charges.
Deposits
Most engagements require a 30% deposit to reserve calendar time. The deposit is applied to the final invoice. Discovery days for ledger reconstruction are prepaid and credited toward the project if you proceed within thirty days.
Cancellation by you
- More than ten business days before the agreed kickoff: full deposit refund minus any third-party costs already incurred with your approval.
- Five to ten business days before kickoff: 50% of the deposit retained for reserved staff time; remainder refunded.
- Fewer than five business days before kickoff, or after kickoff: deposit is non-refundable; work completed to date is invoiced at the agreed rates.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least five business days’ notice is allowed without fee. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a NT$15,000 calendar change fee or require a new deposit if our team must be reassigned.
No-shows
If scheduled on-site days are missed without notice, that day’s fee is billable and non-refundable.
Work already started
When an engagement ends early by mutual agreement, you pay for completed stages (scope, source map, evidence build portions delivered). Unused future stages are not charged. Materials we purchased at your written request (for example courier of physical binders) are non-refundable once ordered.
Non-refundable items
Completed deliverables already handed over (evidence indexes, residual risk memos, readiness punch lists) are non-refundable. Statutory filing fees or external specialist costs advanced on your behalf are non-refundable once paid out.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@cloudnxtgen.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to a Taiwan account you nominate.
Our cancellation
If CloudNxtGen must cancel for reasons other than your breach, we refund unearned fees in full, including deposit portions for work not performed.
