Data we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email, company or entity name, engagement interest, reporting period notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security. Cookie use is described on our cookies page.
Purposes
We use inquiry data to respond to scope requests, prepare fee outlines, and maintain records of prospective and active engagements. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiry messages without an engagement are retained up to 24 months. Engagement-related records follow retention periods in the engagement letter and applicable Taiwan accounting and professional requirements, typically seven years for working papers we are contracted to keep.
Your rights
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and may inquire about our collection practices. Contact hello@cloudnxtgen.digital. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling requests.
International transfers
Our primary processing location is Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example email hosting), we require contractual safeguards consistent with Taiwan PDPA expectations before transfer.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect inquiry data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or full national ID numbers through the web form.
